Yes, all payments flow through Djaayz's secure escrow. Your payment are held by us and only released to the DJ 24h after the event, once you've confirmed everything went well. An automated invoice will be sent to your inbox after the event.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the event, 50% refund between 30 and 7 days. Inside 7 days it's non-refundable.
Most things can be arranged for a small fee. Use the "Ask a question" button to chat directly with Sorrentino before you book, they'll send you a quote if needed. If you'd rather not negotiate yourself, our booking team can handle it for you.
Most clients book 6 to 12 weeks in advance. Popular dates (New Year’s Eve, Halloween, public holidays, etc.) fill up quickly. For last-minute bookings, please contact the DJ directly to check availability before booking.
